For the last six years, I have been working at Century College in the Early Childhood Education and Montessori Programs,Ê training studentsÊ fromÊAsia, Europe and theÊMiddle East.Ê Previously, I taughtÊ and coordinated infant/toddler and preschool programs at the Pacific Immigrant Resources Society where all the children were learning English as a second language. My research interests are developing teacher indentity cross cultural contexts; language and literacy development; and a pedagogy of caring.
