About the Artist

David G. Darts is an artist and graduate student at the Department of Curriculum Studies at UBC. He is interested in issues around social response-ability and the trans(form)ative qualities of creativity and is currently developing the concept of Creative Resistance. The cover photograph is of his son Julian Steele Darts in the first week of his birth.
